All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the full balance typically due prior to departure or service commencement. Payment terms, including deposit amounts and due dates, will be clearly communicated during the booking process. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to currency fluctuations, government taxes, or other cost increases beyond our control.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of service, supplier, and time of cancellation. Specific cancellation terms will be detailed at the time of booking. Generally, cancellations made closer to the departure date may incur higher penalties or result in no refund. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances leading to cancellation.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the original payment method and may be subject to administrative fees.

Antlered Wander strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. Travel insurance can cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and other travel-related issues.

5. Traveller Responsibilities

It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they hold a valid passport, visas, and any other entry requirements for their destination. Travelers are also responsible for obtaining recommended vaccinations and adhering to health advisories. You agree to act responsibly and respectfully towards local cultures, environments, and fellow travelers while on our tours or using our services.

Antlered Wander reserves the right to refuse service or remove any traveler who, in its sole discretion, is disruptive, poses a threat to others, or violates local laws and customs.

6. Limitation of Liability

Antlered Wander acts as an agent for various third-party service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators). We exercise due diligence in selecting reputable suppliers, but we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or failures. Antlered Wander shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, natural disasters, epidemics, or government regulations.

In no event shall Antlered Wander be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
